Student Welfare Fund (SWF)
A timeline of how the fund was born, grew, and is governed today.
● 2005
Established as TKS
Tabung Kebajikan Siswa (TKS) was established on 30 September 2005, endorsed and approved by UniKL management as a dedicated student welfare initiative.
● 2017
Rebranded to SWF
TKS was officially rebranded to Student Welfare Fund (SWF) on 12 December 2017, reinforcing its mission to strengthen welfare support for all students.
● 2018
Operational Governance Formalised
Approved at TMM on 30 January 2018. Day-to-day operations are now managed and overseen by the Campus Lifestyle Division.

Help for students facing bereavement or family hardship, to reduce financial stress during difficult periods.
